Terms of service

Last updated: October 14, 2026

In short: we prepare, submit and follow up on your credentialing applications for a flat fee. Each insurer decides whether to approve you. You stay the owner of your contracts, and you can stop working with us at any time.

These terms are an agreement between you and SSG LLC, doing business as Credentialers ("Credentialers", "we", "us"). By submitting our intake form, signing our service agreement or paying for a service, you agree to them.

01What we do

We help healthcare providers enroll with Medicare, Medicaid and private insurers. Depending on the plan you choose, this includes completing your CAQH profile, preparing and submitting applications, following up with insurers, answering their requests, and sending you regular status updates. With upkeep, we also handle CAQH re-attestation, renewals and re-credentialing.

We are not an insurer, a law firm or a billing company. We don't give legal, tax or medical advice, and we don't submit claims or handle your payments from insurers.

02Approval is the insurer's decision

Each insurer decides whether to accept you, when, and on what terms. Panels can be closed in some areas or specialties. Timelines we give are typical ranges, not promises. We do not guarantee approval, an approval date or a reimbursement rate.

03Your responsibilities

Delays or denials caused by missing, late or inaccurate information from you are not our responsibility.

04Authorization

You authorize us to prepare and submit applications, use the logins you give us, and communicate with insurers and enrollment systems on your behalf for the purposes of these services. You can withdraw this authorization at any time by emailing us. Contracts with insurers are always between you and the insurer, under your own NPI and Tax ID.

05Fees and payment

Setup and single-insurer fees are paid upfront. They pay for our work preparing and following up on applications, not for an approval. Once we have started work on your file, these fees are non-refundable. Insurer, state or licensing fees, if any, are charged separately at cost and only with your approval. We may change our prices for new work; changes never apply to work you have already paid for.

06Confidentiality

We keep your information confidential and use it only to provide the services, as described in our privacy policy.

07Ending the service

You can stop working with us at any time by email. We can stop working with you if you don't pay, don't provide information we need, or ask us to do something inaccurate or unlawful. When the service ends, we will send you copies of your submitted applications and reference numbers on request.

08Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost income from delayed or denied enrollment. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for that service in the 12 months before the claim.
